A responsible CSR strategy, committed and embedded in the daily reality of our professions
As a family-owned company specialising in manned guarding for over 28 years, our CSR approach is rooted in a pragmatic and sincere vision.
People, the Environment and Transparency
Values that shape our day-to-day operations, both in the field and at headquarters.

Un engagement structuré
- EcoVadis Bronze Medal 2025
- Our internal Oxygen Programme, driving our CSR initiatives and managed across the organisation
- A strategy aligned with the sector’s challenges, adapted to the realities of each site, the nature of our operations, and the expectations of our clients
People at the heart of our DNA
“Valuing people at the heart of our performance”
Because our profession is built first and foremost on people, we place recognition, training and inclusion at the centre of our HR policy. Each employee plays an active role in the service we deliver and is a representative of our professionalism

Promoting diversity and inclusion in employment
We implement an inclusive recruitment policy that values diverse profiles, notably through employee referrals and the integration of young talent, senior professionals and individuals undergoing career transitions.
We also collaborate with employment support organisations and training institutions to facilitate access to employment and support sustainable career paths.

Employee skills development
We support each employee’s growth through personalised development pathways and structured career plans.
In 2025, our training centre delivered over a hundred training sessions, helping to strengthen skills and retain our teams.
This commitment is reflected in an average employee tenure of 10 years and the creation of more than 500 jobs across our regions (Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, Rhône-Alpes, PACA and the Greater West).
An environmental commitment aligned with our business activities
“Taking concrete action for a more sustainable future”
Because our teams are present on sites every day, they act as practical drivers of the environmental transition.
Eco-friendly practices and responsible behaviour
- Eco-aware rounds: raising team awareness to prevent waste (lighting, water usage, etc.)
- Sustainable mobility: use of electric or ethanol-powered vehicles and eco-driving training
- Energy optimisation: an average reduction of over 60% in overall consumption (water, gas and electricity combined)
Reducing our environmental footprint
- Sorting, recycling and waste reduction
- Advanced digitalisation: paper consumption halved in two years
Sustainable commitments with our stakeholders
- Responsible suppliers: 70% engaged in a CSR approach
- Development of positive-impact services: responsible energy use by our officers, tailored reporting, and optimised management of intervention locations across sites
Ethics, quality and transparency
“Ensuring reliability and service quality, with full transparency”
In a sector where trust and rigour are essential, we place operational quality and transparency at the heart of our organisation.
Committed to continuous improvement and transparency, we maintain regular dialogue with our stakeholders and clients. Our ethical framework is based on a strict code of conduct, an anti-corruption charter and respect for fundamental rights.
To build strong and lasting relationships, we prioritise hands-on management supported by dedicated on-site supervisors, along with regular satisfaction surveys.
Finally, our performance indicators are integrated into client reporting, ensuring clear visibility of our commitments and results.
Our direction
Our CSR strategy reflects that of a field-based player: responsible, committed, and acting with rigour and humanity. It is grounded in facts, measurable indicators, and a determination to actively contribute to a more sustainable business model.
